The standardised Human Machine Interface (HMII) concept makes it easy to operate and maintain devices whatever the measuring technology, writes Endress + Hauser. All devices have the same “look and feel”, such as a user interface with language selection and settings for displays and operation tasks. An embedded software includes diagnostics options to detect an empty sensor, a non-homogenous fluid, corrosion etc.
Data history is stored in an event logbook on a so-called HistoROM, which allows the user to automatically transfer the data even after a module exchange.
