Golden Partner SA has sold shares to BRIGHT CAP – European Securities, Golden Partner Fund SICAV-SIF SA Global Balanced and Avia SICAV-SIF-Gems Fund, announced Leclanché in a statement. Golden Partner SA will advise all three investors with regards to their shareholding in Leclanché.
They will be represented on the board by David Anthony Ishag, CEO of Golden Partner SA. He commented that he wanted to play a constructive role in the future success of the company, including but not limited to advising the three new investors.
Leclanché CEO Anil Srivastava thanked Golden Partner SA for its support in the Swiss battery provider’s growth. He said he welcomed the sale of the shares, because it would “bring diversified institutional funds into the capital of the company”.
