Endress+Hauser supplies products and services for industrial process measurement and automation. With the device revision 3, the TMT162 temperature field transmitter features FF-912 compatibility, which supports diagnostics functionality according to the NAMUR NE107 recommendation. The new version also simulates diagnostics messages, allowing them to be immediately addressed.
This saves “time and money,” says Endress+Hauser in a news release about the latest version of the product. The TMT162 temperature transmitter also allows the simulation of diagnostics messages to be performed in order to test possible scenarios without the need to manipulate the hardware and can be configured using a PC.
