The LED market is developing at a rapid pace, with constant innovations that make former top products seem outdated. Swiss company onlog AG, which is based in Gordola in the canton of Ticino, is among the country’s leading companies for innovative LED lights. It has won a string of awards and prizes – most recently the Best Buy award bestowed by the “Kassensturz” show on Swiss television. Its onlux-Filux LED was named Best Value for Money at the awards.
According to an onlog AG press release, onlux products achieved a Kassensturz test victory in 2009, and secured another in consumer journal Kauftipp in 2012. Meanwhile, in 2014 the EU Commission named an onlux Globolux LED the “best product of Europe”.
With over 143 lumens per watt, the new onlux LEDs can reach a level that has so far not been achieved by lighting bulbs, reported onlog AG.
